6/2009 TUFF Hooves Partners with The U.S. Air Force Academy and Pikes Peak Community College for the benefit of Wounded Warriors.
Jim Becka has accepted the position of Instructor of Farrier Science at Pikes Peak Community College at The Air Force Academy Equestrian Center to teach, train and certify returning soldiers who wish to be farriers and eventually run their own business. The class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so don't worry; he will still have plenty of time to trim and shoe your horses!
