Jim eventually found his career path in Engineering and Information Systems. His attention to detail and analytical mind drove him to success as a leader in critical projects such as Y2K for major corporations.
He is sought out for his thorough and thoughtful process in examining and evaluating problem situations and he brings this talent to equine care. Jim Becka's passion for horses finally drove him to a life and career change that has benefited the equine industry for years.
